The Student Scientific Conference - 2026 was held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
We are glad that students of Batumi Medical Academy successfully presented in the professional education section and presented scientific reports on interesting topics:
- Meri Churkveidze – “Oral hygiene and care products”
- Guri Fediai – “Smile architecture – the art of a dental technician”
- Teona Tkhilaishvili – “Chocolate and medicine”
- Eldino Verdzadze – “Prevalence of geriatric diseases and main causes of mortality in the Ajara region”
This year, for the first time, students of professional education programs participated in the student scientific conference along with students of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs, which is an important step in the development of professional education. The conference aimed to popularize scientific-research activities, develop research skills and support young researchers. We congratulate our students on their participation in the conference and wish them future success in their professional and scientific activities!
